RoughBooks is a caleidoscopic project, based in Lisbon (Portugal), that aims to explore the rough and often overlooked uniqueness of the self-publishing world. We’re mainly an independent creative studio focused on Risograph printing, facilitating the production of small scale publications, artist books, posters, flyers, and any other graphic objects. In parallel we also have our own publishing house where we regularly publish zines, books, and other limited edition works by various artists and illustrators that we feel are rough enough.

Since the beginning of 2014, graphic design students of HMKW Cologne have had the opportunity to work with a Risograph Printer.

Manila based Risograph Press & Design Studio

1 person, part time Riso printing amateur (in it for the love). Happy to lend out the useage to others who are printing for non-profit and local purposes. Mostly interested in printing mathematical disturbance patterns and books with flavours of my personal politics and or/typed nonsense.

Ediciones El Fuerte is a small publisher project from Buenos Aires that makes zines and posters using risograph and etching. Based on illustration, graphic story, abstraction, and concepts about science, travel, cosmos, cultures, obsessions, they make zines and graphic work investigating different printing techniques, where the analog and the handcraft are the main characters. Even if El Fuerte is a young project they already have been in several fairs in Buenos Aires , Santiago de Chile and London.
