Founded in 2017, Sit+Read Artbook Fair is a free and open multi-day event that brings together contemporary artists, designers, zine makers, printmakers, independent publishers, art book distributors as well as hundreds of visitors each year. The fair includes a varied accompanying program for both children and adults, composed of a diverse range of talks, discussions, book launches and off-site special projects. We are welcoming artists, collectives, studios and artist run initiatives, zine makers and publishing houses, small presses, independent bookshops, and any creators, both from Romania and abroad.
