Oficyna Peryferie is an artists run independent publishing house. We focus on a form of artistic publications, with particular emphasis on ''zines as a post-digital social medium''.
Founded in 2014, we’ve been making friends, books, and zines, sharing resources, and building a local publishing community ever since.

We believe in cooperation and reject competition.
We run several initiatives for our community:
> '''Warsaw Zine Library''' – a reading room for artistic publications;

Oficyna Peryferie is an independent print studio and publishing house based in Warsaw, Poland. We love and believe in print. Our studio is a workshop dedicated to silkscreen, RISO and bookbinding. As a publishing house, we are working with books as a piece of art and field of expression for visual artists. We operate as manufacture, produce small editions of self-printed artbooks, zines and graphics. In addition to our publishing activities, we also share our skills and knowledge by organizing various workshops (connected to printing and bookbinding), giving lectures and printing tutorials.

We still don’t quite understand where we’re going to.
And that’s okay.

Oficyna Peryferie is an artists run independent publishing house. We focus on a form of artistic publications, with particular emphasis on zines as a post-digital social medium.

Founded in 2014, we’ve been making friends, books, and zines, sharing resources, and building a local publishing community ever since.
 We believe in cooperation and reject competition.

We run several initiatives for our community:

> Warsaw Zine Library – a reading room for artistic publications;

> Crit Club – a collective learning platform and discussion group;

> Riso Print Club – a community lab for Riso printing and bookbinding

Our mission is to strengthen and expand self-publishing practices in the field of visual arts in Poland and present them in a broader, international perspective.

In recent years, we’ve taken part in major art book fairs and festivals, including:
LA Art Book Fair 2023, Tokyo Art Book Fair 2022, African Art Book Fair 2024, MISS Read Berlin, Bergen Art Book Fair, VOLUMES Zurich, Paris Ass Book Fair — and many more.

We still don’t quite understand where we’re going to. And that’s okay.
